Summer has officially arrived at Walt Disney World Resort, and with it comes the inaugural "Cool KID SUMMER" – a season-long celebration packed with new entertainment, character encounters, and hands-on fun for the whole family! From now until September 1st, get ready to make memories with DJ-fueled dance parties, surprise character appearances, and non-stop summer vibes across all four theme parks. Here's a glimpse of the magic that awaits your family:

Hollywood Studios:
Get ready for some showstopping entertainment at Disney's Hollywood Studios!
"Disney Villains: Unfairly Ever After": Step into the Magic Mirror's reflective world as Disney's most infamous baddies take center stage. This show promises to be as wickedly fun as it is spellbinding.
"The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure": Dive into a breathtaking retelling of the beloved animated film, featuring fan-favorite songs, stunning visuals, and theatrical magic.
Animation Courtyard Fun: Jump into energetic fun with games and crafts designed to keep kids moving and creating all day. Expect magicians, jump rope performers, and even surprise character appearances!
Mickey Mouse & Disney Junior Dance Party: Keep the fun going at a lively indoor DJ dance party where little ones can move and groove with Mickey Mouse and Disney Junior friends.
EPCOT: GoofyCore Takes Over CommuniCore Hall!
Playtime gets a Goof-tastic twist at CommuniCore Hall! Get ready to dance and play along with Goofy in this immersive experience. Rafiki’s Planet Watch Activities: Buzz over to Rafiki’s Planet Watch for hands-on crafting activities all about important pollinators like bees and butterflies.
Limited-Time Wilderness Explorers Badge: For all who believe the wilderness must be explored, you can unlock a special, limited-time Wilderness Explorers badge as you make your way around the park. Keep an eye out for amazing animals, including tigers, okapi, and more!
Interactive Sing-Along: Wrap up a wild day with a musical moment you won’t forget! Join an interactive sing-along celebrating all the amazing animals spotted throughout the park with original songs, playful storytelling, and plenty of chances to join in.
Magic Kingdom:
Step right up to summer fun under the Big Top at Magic Kingdom!
Summer Dance Party with Pluto: Kids can join the DJ ringmaster for a summertime dance party full of pop-up silliness with Pluto. With stilt walkers and jugglers performing all around, guests will feel like the ringmaster of fun.
Stitch's High-Energy DJ Party: At Rocket Tower Plaza Stage, dance with Stitch at this high-energy DJ party. After grooving with the galaxy’s coolest alien, head inside Merchant of Venus for an out-of-this-world craft inspired by the upcoming Disney-Pixar film “Elio.”
New Nighttime Parade: Disney Starlight!: Get ready for an unforgettable evening! The new nighttime parade, Disney Starlight, is coming to Magic Kingdom on July 20th! Spot beloved characters from “Encanto,” “Frozen,” “Coco,” and more. This marks our first nighttime parade at Walt Disney World in nearly 10 years!

Free Water Park Admission: Make a splash right from the start! Guests of Disney Resort Collection hotels can enjoy free admission to one of our two water parks (Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, both open all summer long!) on the day of their check-in.
Early Theme Park Entry: Guests of Disney Resort hotels and other select hotels can enjoy 30 minutes of early theme park entry every day of their stay. You might even spot some of your favorite characters out in the park during this time – what better way to rope drop than saying hello to some favorite Disney pals?
Enhanced Resort Activities: Staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge means extra fun for the entire family. Guests at these four resorts can enjoy even more Disney-themed activities, including character visits with set appearance times to help guests plan their day, and an expanded itinerary of things to do with family throughout their stay.

Florida Resident Summer Magic Ticket: Florida residents can make the most of summer with a special ticket offer just for them – four days of fun at Walt Disney World theme parks for just $60 per day (total price: $240, plus tax). This ticket is available for purchase starting May 6, 2025, for visits from May 18 through September 27, 2025 (with an advance park reservation, subject to availability). Looking for a shorter visit? There are great options for that too:
3-Day Ticket: $75 per day (total price: $225, plus tax)
2-Day Ticket: $105 per day (total price: $210, plus tax)
50% Off on Kids Tickets: Guests can purchase a 3-day or longer kids (ages 3-9) standard ticket for 50% off. This deal is available for visits beginning May 27 through September 20, 2025.
3-Day, 3-Park Ticket: Get a 3-day, 3-park ticket starting at $89 per day ($267 total, plus tax) for visits starting on April 6 through September 22, 2025. This ticket is for admission to EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom (one theme park per day, not valid for admission to Magic Kingdom).
Disney Resort Room Deals: Save up to 30% on select Disney Resort hotel rooms when you stay longer for visits beginning August 1 through October 11, 2025. Special deals on rooms are also available for Florida Residents and Annual Passholders. Plus, Disney+ subscribers can save on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels – starting from $99 per night at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort – when staying two nights or longer most nights from June 29 to July 31, 2025.
